Click on My Billing Account link, top right hand corner of home page or click here

Put in your user name (first initial, last name of the person who set up your account. E.G. Donna Hall = DHall

Click on the "Forgot Password" link

A system generated password will be sent to the email address used to set up your account upon installation. Cut and paste this password (they are case sensitive) into the password field. Once you are in your account you can change the password.
