General Information:

1. All U.S. calls are included (50 states)and 2000 (residential) or 4000 (business) minutes per month, per line. Overage minutes will be charged at a rate of $0.06 per minute in 60 second increments.
2. Caller ID and Voice Mail is included.
3. If you have an existing land line phone you may keep the number for a $15 porting fee. Download the Porting Authorization Form and complete and return to SOL for this service.
4. If you do not have a landline phone a number will be assigned to you based on the zip code of your physical address.
5. If you currently have a VoIP phone it can be used with SOL service but will have to be re-programmed. This can be done over the internet with an SOL connection and the charge is $20.
6. 411 Directory Assistance calls are $1.00 each.
7. 911 Service is $1.00 per month per address and mandatory.
8. Federal Fee is $3.00 per month per line and mandatory.
9. International calls are not available at this time.
10. 800 Numbers are available.
11. 411 Directory Listing is $5.00 set up charge per line.
12. One month in advance must be paid upon installation.
13. Additional minutes can be purchased for Residential packages starting at $15 per month and Business packages at $30 per month.

Hardware Needed to Begin:

1. An Adaptor for purchase from the provided list which allows you to use all your existing analog phones and adapts them to transmit over the internet, if your house is pre-wired for phone, or if you have one base unit with multiple remote access phones. There is no limit on the amount of analog phones that can be adapted. However the connection where the phone line comes in must be disconnected from the outside. Only then can existing wiring be used in the house. Please click here to learn how to disconnect your local phone company from your home phone. SOL will also provide on-site techs (as needed) to install the adaptor for a fee of $50 if you do not feel comfortable with the instructions. However, we will not repair house wiring that either does not work or has noise on the circuit, unless it is at $80.00 per hour. The fee to reconnect the outside line is also $50 and will need to be paid in advance of the visit. Shipping and Handling on all Adaptors is $10.00.

2. A VoIP phone (may be purchased anywhere VoIP products are sold).
   
   Adaptors are guaranteed for a one year period from the date of purchase. Replacement adaptors/phones are sent within 24 hours from the time of claim.
   
   Once you choose an adaptor (or designate that you will be using your own VoIP phone) you will need to pay by credit card or Echeck for the product. It will be programmed on our end with a number (old or new) and configured to work with your internet connection and then shipped to you.
